Management

Artur Nowicki
co-CEO

Artur Nowicki has over 25 years of experience in the commercial vehicle rental and fleet management industry. He was CEO of Fraikin Polska for 12 years and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Fraikin Group, as well as vice-chairman of the Polish Leasing Association for 4 years. He then headed Hama Polska (now Truckcare) for 2 years. He started his career in the 1990s in Canada, working for Maxim Inc. and Ryder Canada. With a global perspective and in-depth knowledge of the market, he has successfully supported the development of Halo Rental System.

Grzegorz Zalewski
co-CEO

Grzegorz Zalewski is an experienced leader in the commercial vehicle rental and fleet management industry. He founded Petit Forestier in the Polish market and served as CEO for 18 years, building the company into a leading brand in commercial vehicle rental. Gregory’s vast experience in managing and scaling operations provides Halo Rental System with valuable insight and strategic vision. His leadership is critical to our mission of providing superior truck rental solutions

Our management team consists of experienced professionals with diverse professional backgrounds spanning logistics, technology and customer service. Each of our leaders brings unique skills and experience to contribute to our mission of providing superior service and sustainability.
Pawel Dziubak
Chief Operating Officer
He has extensive professional experience gained at Fraikin Poland. At Halo Rental System, he is responsible for comprehensive fleet management and the optimisation of operational processes. His competence in this area is a key element in building the company's efficiency and competitive advantage.
Karol Staniaszek
Commercial Director
He has extensive experience gained at Petit Forestier and MHC Mobility. At Halo Rental System, he heads the sales department, responsible for creating and implementing commercial strategies and developing lasting relationships with customers. His knowledge and skills allow him to effectively adapt his offer to the needs and expectations of the market.
Robert Wojtiuk
Director of Purchasing and Logistics
He has many years' experience gained at Petit Forestier, Fraikin Polska and MHC Mobility. At Halo Rental System, he is responsible for managing the purchasing and logistics areas, focusing on the efficient use of resources and optimising the supply chain. His expertise contributes to building an efficient and competitive organisation.
Kamil Drzyzga
Chief Financial Officer
He gained his professional experience at Ernst & Young (EY). At Halo Rental System, he is responsible for the comprehensive financial management of the company, ensuring financial stability, effective resource planning and substantive support for strategic business decisions.
Mateusz Kalinowski
Chief Technology Officer
He is the founder of Meritus, creator of the innovative Pinquark platform, offering innovative TMS and WMS solutions for the logistics industry. At Halo Rental System, he is responsible for the development of the technological strategy and the implementation of cutting-edge solutions to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
